"I wanted to learn how to ride a motorcycle so I signed up for the Riding Academy Class at Western Reserve Harley-Davidson. I came in with no riding experience but the instructors were very friendly and patient with me and all of the students. Going through the first couple of drills, I was pretty nervous but they helped me work through it and complete the first day of riding. I was so comfortable that I took my bike that I had already bought, around the block that night. The next day I rode it to the class, I passed the test and got my license. I was really pleased with this class and would definitely recommend it for anyone who is eager to learn how to ride. I also bought my Iron 883 from Western Reserve and have been riding every day to work. I can’t thank Western Reserve and the Instructors in the class enough for making this an easy transition. My fiance will also be taking the class next year; she can’t wait to learn how to ride from the Western Reserve Riding Academy."

"Started dealing with service department on my 2016 RGU. Needed tuned after previous owner made a lot of mistakes in the build. Gary was great and his knowledge of cams and what it takes to make a bike run right is top notch. He took the time to fully explain everything that was going on and why in a way anyone would understand. Never had someone at a dealer treat me like my issues mattered to them too. Bike just wasn't spec'd out right. Nothing they could do with that. Decided to cut my loses and look at a new one. I had spoken to Leonte a few times while just browsing through the dealership. He never once asked if I wanted to buy a bike. We just talked bikes and riding. First salesman to not try to sell me something. I knew if I ever was going to buy a new bike I'd buy it from him. He's not a common find these days. A genuine good guy. I could have bought my bike anywhere. But that kid earned my business. He's got great taste in bikes too, lol. "

"First off, I don't like buying vehicles of any kind due to previous experiences with sales personnel and their managers. Having said that, I have never had a better experience with any sort of dealership as I've had with WRHD. Evil was the first person I talked to and honestly he walked me through the whole experience like a good friend would. I wasn't sure what to get (kind of wanted a Fatboy but I'm just too big) and he let me sit on a lot of bikes and I finally found what I needed with a Road King Police. I am a former rider but never owned a Harley and it'd been years since I rode. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. The dealership gave me a great price for the bike and Evil and Scott stepped me through the purchase like old friends. Since I am a big guy getting a bike that fit was tough but Evil was a big help. Joey also helped me pick out some gear for riding. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very informative. I made the newbie mistake of leaving the accessories on and knocked out my battery. I was close by to the shop, called Evil and he got service to send a guy out, gave me a jump start and made sure I got back to the shop. Service checked over the bike and battery making sure it wasn't defective gave the bike a clean bill of health and sent me on my way. I'm not one to pass out praise lightly, but I can say this. I will always be a loyal customer of Western Reserve. I would not hesitate to send anyone I know to them."

"Western Reserve is the best. Other dealerships wouldn't even let me sit on motorcycles, at Western Reserve you can ride any bikes, even the new ones. I also found out that they have achieved the silver Bar and Shield award from Harley-Davidson which makes them one of the top dealerships in the country. They deserve it, the staff is very friendly and the customer tour where they introduced me to staff in each department was great. I even received a gift in each department, as well! I also found out that their staff actually are riders, not just talkers. It is nice to do business with a dealership where the staff are "bikers", not just salespersons. Way to go, Western Reserve!! "I was on a road trip from Indianapolis to Bar Harbor, Maine on my Sportster along with 4 other Harley riding friends. It was the first day of 14 in our journey when it was nothing but rain from the time we left Indianapolis on June 10th. During some serious downpours while riding, my bike started chugging as if I was out of gas or had gotten some water in my gas tank. My group had tried some simple on the road repairs but the problem persisted. Western Reserve was the closest Harley dealer although it was in the opposite direction we were headed. I had called a Erie, Pennsylvania Harley dealer hoping they could help me as this was about 50 miles away but we would probably arrive 10 minutes before they close. They were rude on the phone and just hung up on me. What a relief when we pulled into Western Reserve Harley and RJ the service adviser greeted us. It was about 30 minutes before the dealership closed but he was still happy to help. He asked many questions to try and pinpoint the problem, gave us worst case scenario (may need to leave the bike overnight if the problem was too big), and promised us he and his team would try their best in the 30 minutes they had. RJ kept us up to date as they examined my bike. 

I later learned Kevin was the mechanic who worked on my bike and was thrilled he was still smiling even though my problem kept him 10 minutes late. Come to find out, my bike can't swim and was just water logged from all the rain and it being a carburetor bike. RJ even gave me a great lesson on carburetor bikes. He and Kevin blew dry my air filter and changed my spark plugs. Next thing you know, my group and I are back on the road in 40 minutes! I can not say enough how great RJ and Kevin were in providing a great experience in a personally bad situation as I thought my trip was over. They were even nice enough to tell me to get a new front tire after my trip as well as do a 10,000 mile service maintenance. RJ and Kevin are the epitome of great customer service! RJ and Kevin, you are both wonderful guys and I can't say thanks enough for helping me get to Maine and have a memorable vacation. I hope your hard work, friendliness, and great customer service does not go unnoticed. If I ever am in Ohio again, I plan on visiting Western Reserve Harley every time. If I get relocated to Ohio, I will need to find a home in or close to Mentor just so I can become a regular at Western Reserve."

"I had not even thought about purchasing a bike until I looked up from across the street (Ford Dealership), saw your sign, and said to my wife, "I want a motorcycle for Christmas". It had been almost 25 years since I owned my last bike. My wife and I pulled in, checked to make sure the dealership was open, and in we came. We were immediately greeted by, little did we know at the time, our sales person "Evil". Not having a clue where to start, we headed directly for the used bikes. After a few minutes of discussing colors and styles the questions began to flow like water. I had always loved the V-Rods and specifically in silver. Hearing talk of this, Evil, as a good sales person should, spoke up: "Well, we have one right up front. Let me show you"... and off to the races we went. I asked lots of foolish questions which Evil answered very confidently and politely, careful not to be condescending to a novice like me. I was sold until my eye wandered two bikes down where I saw a 2012 Sportster 48. 

I was fascinated by its retro look, the wide spokes front wheel/tire and the peanut shaped tank. It was the quintessential old school bike which the two of us could enjoy. From there it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing any type of vehicle. The entire staff made us feel comfortable and like, well... family. From there we were introduced to all the family members along the way. We were given a very fare deal, financing was simple and expedient, and afterwards we thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the fab shop, Dyno test room and winter storage areas given by Jim Richards. The bike was prepped and delivered the very next day via Western Reserve's enclosed trailer. It arrived at the promised time and I couldn't be happier. Stacy and Zoli, your passion for this business is evident in the way you handle customer service, your outstanding facility, and most importantly, your exceptional staff. "Took the Riding Academy class on one of the hottest days of the year and the class was great, they took great care of us due to the heat but made sure we learned how to ride. The instructors were first class and very much concerned that we knew how to safely ride a motorcycle. The class room is very nice as well as a retreat from the weather no matter what the condition. The instruction was at a pace so that all students could learn, we could ask questions and as students work with each other to understand each goal. I was on a cross country ride form Iowa to Maine when I had a wheel bearing issue on the return trip home.
