Swap Meet Vendor Rules
Parts & Accessories from all motorcycle brands and years are welcome. Sale of helmets, apparel, or jewelry is prohibited.

You must bring your own table if you wish to have one. WRHD will not be providing tables or chairs. Space is limited, first come first serve. You must fill out & return the form at the bottom of this page to confirm your spot.

Vendors must be prepared to sell by 6:00 PM. Western Reserve Harley-Davidson will allow vendors to begin setting up no sooner than 5:00 PM.
All Vendors are expected to stay for the entire swap meet. Packing up items prior to 9:00pm is prohibited.

Vendors are responsible for the contents of their booth. Please take proper caution to secure all belongings and/or money within your booth.
